The plums
That were in
The icebox

Saving
For breakfast

Forgive me
They were delicious
So sweet
And so cold.

I like this poem because…..

It is rotten like a letter telling someone that the are sorry for eating the plums and they liked them and they hoping that the owner of the plums would forgive them.
